Hi, I’m Alba...Arizona native, food enthusiast, lover of design and vintage things, best friend to my French bulldog Remi, first-generation Latina, and bilingual hairstylist. After 10 years as a professional stylist working at multiple salons in the Valley, building Sol Salon PHX has been a dream come true.

As a kid, my mom used to take me to her hairdresser.  I loved the whole experience from the smell of the shampoo to watching my new cut take shape; from hearing people chatter around me to leaving his chair feeling like a mini celebrity. As a teen, I started cutting and coloring my own hair and helping my sister and her friends with their updos for school dances. In 2010, I graduated from Aveda Institute Tucson.  Since then, my desire to continue learning new techniques and sharpening my skills has never gone away, and my love of connecting with people through hair has only deepened.
